907 Ludington Street

This brick, two-story theater is one of the most distinctive buildings in the central business district. The exuberant polychromatic three-bay facade is composed sections of red Flemish bond brick alternating with courses of white-painted masonry that continue up to  bracketed cornice. It was built as the Delft Opera House in 1914 and was designed by the Charleton & Kuenzli architectural firm of Marquette and Milwaukee in 2012.
